Founded in 2015, UYN is a Leadership Advisory, Operations & Strategy and Technology consulting firm led by internationally renowned consultants and specialists. The firm works on a wide variety of projects and applies high level consulting and statistical analyses to solve important problems. UYN conducts economic impact analyses of policies and contemplated actions by businesses and public agencies, advises clients, and provides support for litigation and regulatory proceedings including expert testimony.

Aderienne Graham CEOAn experienced transformational leader and executive with a passion to evolve organizations to their next level. Over the last 18 years Aderienne has blended business drivers and objectives with new organizational process and technology enablers to propel higher business performance in both enhanced customer experience and financial return. Aderienne has been both a senior executive responsible for navigating business objectives and resources to achieve the company strategy as well as a managing consultant responsible for architecting and delivering technical and organizational solutions for her clients.
Aderienne’s broad experience encompasses, most recently, President & COO of Lavish 10 Designz where she oversaw significant growth organically and inorganically through several acquisitions and startup business units. Prior to this Aderienne was a Senior Manager at The Emory Clinic, a Managing Consultant at Sarcoma Inc. and an Technical Supervisor at Emory University. |
Jacqueline Stevenson CIOA highly motivated and energetic top performing Technology Leader and Executive driven by the passion of delivering technology and digital solutions aligned with business goals and objectives while tying together global information. In the last 22 years, Jacqueline has prided herself in understanding business needs, organizing technology teams, driving solutions, and ultimately implementing strategies that contribute to the success and bottom line of the business. Jacqueline’s broad experience at UBS, Parlano, Bank of America, Symphono, and the V.A. Hospital in a very wide range of technology delivery throughout her career, coupled with her deep experience of bespoke software development provides her a well rounded view and approach to many sophisticated business challenges.
